Patin or also known as Pangasius is becoming a hot discussion among stakeholders of aquaculture in Indonesia. In line with the government program to make pangasius as a commodity directed at industrialization.
In one day the Tulungagung Regency produced 56 tons of catfish. Of the total production, 12 tons were processed into fillets (boneless fish meat).
